i lost 4 pounds really fast the first few days and have slowed a bit now. i really need to get out of the habit of weighing myself everyday. if weighed myself weekly, i would see that i've lost 5 pounds and be excited! tough to keep things in perspective with the daily weigh in, but how do you break the habit?!
270.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 55.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Putting that scale up was very hard for me too, but now during the day i dont stress so much. And worry "oh my god did i gain a pd today" The best thing to do is put it in the closet.

This post is almost identical to one I wrote a few weeks ago. :) I knew if I hadn't been weighing all week I wouldn't have seen the slow down, just would've known I'd lost 8 lbs. I had my fiance put it in his car. If it's not actually in the bathroom, I'm not so tempted.

keep up the good work! Lets agree on a weight-in day and ban the scale until that day comes.
