DAY 287..GOOOOOOOD MORNINGGGGGGG FS BUDDIES!!! wow its monday all ready..seems like the weeks fly by anymore..41 outside this morning and rain is headed this way..hope i get my morning walk in before it gets here today..spring is gettin closer, the temps are gettin nicer..total steps yesterday was 10713..well keep that body moving and burnin off them calories..its gonna be worth all the dedication and determination!!!! just keep tellin yourslf i can do this..


ADDON: got my morning walk in this morning..then went to the gym got my hour of hill program with a resistance of 15 on first 30 min, and 7 resistance on last 30 min..been gettin the kind of workouts in where im sweating and burnin the calories more..im starting to see a big difference in drinking more water and turning up the exercise a notch..

Health nuts are going to feel stupid someday, lying in hospitals dying of nothing. ~Redd Foxx


MINI GOALS TO FOCUS ON FOR MINI GOAL IN MAY!!

1. FOCUS ON WORKING OUT HARDER - PUSH THE WORKOUTS!!!
2. EAT HEALTHIER FOODS - NOT THE PROCESSED FOOD
3. LOOK AT YOUR SUCCESS, FROM WHEN YOU FIRST STARTED..
4. CHANGE THE NEGATIVE TO POSITIVE!!!!
5. THINK POSITIVE!!!!!
6. FOCUS! FOCUS! FOCUS ON THAT MINI GOAL!
7. IMAGINE YOURSLF AT YOUR FINAL WEIGHT! SEE IT IN YOUR MIND!!
8. WATER, WATER, WATER, GET YOUR DAILY WATER INTAKE!!!!!
9. KEEP THE BODY BURNING THE CALORIES!!!!
10. SALT IS THE OFF LIMITS!! USE SOMETHING ELSE TO FLAVOR THE FOOD!!

I gotta get my booty into action too...we also have rain coming our way. I am still recovering from my weekrnd overeating episode, and I need to kick the exercise up a notch today too!! Have a great day, I will also try to..staying positive is hard after messing up but it is important to keep it in perspective as you know!

i have 11,345 right now..and im runnin on slow...so wont be to many more steps tonight..just think all this time you been doing all these steps and didnt realize it..lol

thanks everyone..i think about a week ago or 2 i hit a plateau, and now by either drinkin more water, or exercising more, ive gotten past that and im movin on..
