DAY 287..GOOOOOOOD MORNINGGGGGGG FS BUDDIES!!! wow its monday all ready..seems like the weeks fly by anymore..41 outside this morning and rain is headed this way..hope i get my morning walk in before it gets here today..spring is gettin closer, the temps are gettin nicer..total steps yesterday was 10713..well keep that body moving and burnin off them calories..its gonna be worth all the dedication and determination!!!! just keep tellin yourslf i can do this..
ADDON: got my morning walk in this morning..then went to the gym got my hour of hill program with a resistance of 15 on first 30 min, and 7 resistance on last 30 min..been gettin the kind of workouts in where im sweating and burnin the calories more..im starting to see a big difference in drinking more water and turning up the exercise a notch..
