Today wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. I did have a lot of stress on my plate and wanted to eat bad food, like a twix bar, but chose the sugar free jello instead. Hopefully i will have lost atleast a pound by tomorrow!! then i can begin seeing results. i'm very exhausted today, mentally drained. was going to do zumba tonight but with G being sick and over working i just didn't feel up to it. there's always tomorrow.
