My bday was Sat. Went out to dinner with hubby to celebrate. It wouldn't had been so bad but kids couldn't make it so we went out again last night. I made very bad choices and Def paying for it today. I feel so bloated and sorta like I have a hangover lol. it's been a long time since I've just ate and not thought about the calories and Def paying the price for that today. I will be all week because I Def gained a lot and it will take weeks to get back to where I was Fri. I don't log my weight on here except on Fri But I do weigh usually on Tues just to see where I'm at after the weekend. Already felt so depressed I decided to weigh this morning. Big mistake because just increased my depression. My logged weigh was 97.8 Fri this morning 105.2 . I could literally just cry . I'm Def beating myself up over the bad choices I made and I'm not letting myself lose control like that again. it's Def not worth the anquish. 😭😭😭

if you ate carbs you have a lot of water weight. it will be gone in no time. Totally normal you just get back on track and it will all come back together. The feeling bad is one of the unfortunate prices we pay for overindulging.
