Swapped yesterday to Bulk Back so I could use my pull up bar, since the hotel I'm in doesn't have one. Only had to pause the dvd once to get my EZ bar out and set it up, so next week I'll remember to do that ahead of time. Sweating profusely by the end, it was awesome!
Today was the nasty: Bulk Legs. I didn't bring my worksheets with me so I was taking a wag at the weights but am pretty sure I was close to what I did last week. Back was just a touch sensitive at the end of it. I need to be very careful about form on that workout. Today was the first day I completed all 50 calf raises without pausing for a few seconds after 40, and it HURT A LOT!
