Happy but also a little nervous..
I woke up today to find yet another weight loss (and the number was a little too incredible--I think it's a morning illusion which will level off to something more believable later in the day). But it's great news that the plateau seems to have been broken, and my metabolism has obviously increased (as there as a difference of about 2.5 pounds from my night weight to the morning one).
Now, all these are great changes, and damn it! about time!! But, this also makes me nervous, as I know I have a self-sabotage streak. Every time the weight drops, I've seen in the past that I end up doing something damaging and it'll gain back!! I really, really, want to be stronger, vigilant, and more in control this time--especially since I've been given the gift of this good news!! My prayers out to the powers that be to give me the strength to keep on progressing--not regressing! I'm already worried that I didn't work out this morning, and overslept..but I plan on working out longer in the evening. Meals have been good so far. More later.

Total pts: 23.5 (Banked 1.5)
Note: Went for a brisk walk (5540 steps on my pedometer, 2.5 miles), and later did a dvd on strength training (made me sweat! And I'm sure gonna feel those lunges tomorrow) Water intake was very good today: 3 bottles of 800 ml consumed so far.
