GOOOOOOOOOOOOD MORNING FS BUDDIES...DAY 282 warmer outside this morning 40, wind chill 37..so not to bad..high today is in the 60s..was so nice yesterday and it only got to 50..im tryin to wake up this morning..just cant seem to get with it..last 2 days of doing weights again..has found muscles that i hadnt used in a month..but thats a good thing..today is cardio day, but im thinkin of mabye also doing leg exercises, along with the cardio, im tryin not to do so much cardio that it bothers my knee as bad..so thats why im thinkin of adding leg exercise on a wednesday..and then doing my cardio like i have started to do..total steps yesterday was 10507..once im sure its gonna be nicer, then im ready to start doing an afternoon walk..might not be as far as a morning walk, but will just add on to the exercise..
ADDON: just got bck from the gym..sittin here tryin to get my energy level bck up..drinkin protein shake..well i did my morning walk, an then went to gym and did hour on treadmill after i said i wasnt gonna do that..but got my workout in anyways..up and down them hills is makin me sweat like i need to...and wearing me out like its suppose to ....
MINI GOALS TO FOCUS ON1. FOCUS ON WORKING OUT HARDER - PUSH THE WORKOUTS!!!
2. EAT HEALTHIER FOODS - NOT THE PROCESSED FOOD
3. LOOK AT YOUR SUCCESS, FROM WHEN YOU FIRST STARTED..

6. FOCUS! FOCUS! FOCUS ON THAT MINI GOAL!
7. IMAGINE YOURSLF AT YOUR FINAL WEIGHT! SEE IT IN YOUR MIND!!
8. WATER, WATER, WATER, GET YOUR DAILY WATER INTAKE!!!!!
9. KEEP THE BODY BURNING THE CALORIES!!!!
