gooooooooood sunday mornin everyone...wakin up to 59 outside...not sure if its rainin or not...will kno more once it gets daylight...the plan is to do a morning walk, then get on the stationary bike an do a high intensity workout......for anyone needing music for hi-intensity workouts...you can go to prevention.com ..and get 30-40 min workout music...then click here.. its free i use a 30 min one when im on the bike...did 2 workouts yesterday on bike..an a short morning walk...but still got in around 17,000 steps for the day...wanted to do more...always want to do more..lol..but was happy with what i got...suppose to rain again today..so just means what ever day its not rainin...il be cutting grass again...been cuttin it about every 3 days..cause it needs it by then with all the rain...well...need to get up an dressed..so by the time daylight gets here i can be ready to walk an rock..lol...have a great one everyone...
