I have been using a little measuring cup and today I decided to use my food scale , (23g )dry milk it's not 1/3 cup it's 1/4 cup 🤨

Yes, food scale is very important, I mean one extra ounce is not going to hurt me , but it is 40 extra calories and I didn't know

Sometimes we are not losing weight because we are eating more calories than we suppose to

measuring cups and spoons are ok for recipes when not counting calories but the scale is king and required, especially when your limit is low.

I feel for you. I had sadness the first time I weighed peanut butter. I can't believe JiF would do me wrong like that. 😔
