Okay I have reached my worst nightmare weight. Time to pull up the ol Fatsecret chart and bust a move! I'm not going to say Im on a diet I am just going to cut things out of my diet. For starters, Soda, White Bread, White Rice, Chips, Fried Foods, and Sweets!! Bye Bye death traps! Oh and I will work out at least 30 minutes EVERY DAY with at least 15 minutes of cardio to start.
