Sat & Sun: Snowed in for the weekend
Latter part of my conferene was cancelled and we had to stay back for the weekend to stay out of the Blizzard of 08! The hotel had a full breakfast so I did sample more than I really needed to. Lunch and dinner were reasonably ok given the circumstances. Meals are listed below, and show a disruption in my weight-loss process, but tomorrow's Monday and starting at 6 am, I'm going to take the reins of my life back in my hands again..
Meals for the weekend: Sat 3/8: Breakfast: skim milk and bran/cheerios cereal w raisins, 1 english muffin, 1 slice white bread, some butter Lunch: salad with light dressing, and 2 slices whole wheat/spinach/feta pizza, 2 glasses wine, grapes, 2 wedges laughing cow cheese
Dinner: salad with dressing, and 2 slices wheat toast + 2 slices swiss cheese
No points accountable. No exercise. Water was low.
Sun 3/9: Breakfast: skim milk + bran and cheerios with raisins, grits 1/2 cup, 1 English muffin, 1 square butter, 1/2 kiwi coffee with skim milk
Lunch: 1/2 subway sandwitch on Italian herbs and cheese + 2 triangles cheese Snack: peanut butter and 2 sticks celery Dinner: small pizza (6 slices) with veggies (deep dish)
