I have become my own little jiminy cricket. Woke up this morning thinking my knee kinda hurts maybe I will skip the gym but told myself no take some Motrin and suck it up. Then I thought I really have a lot to do today but told myself it can wait till after my work out basically every excuse that popped into my head I had an answer for. So I just finished breakfast and am packing my bag and going to the gym!

Good for you!! I almost talked myself out of going for a walk at lunch yesterday, but did it and was so glad after that I went.
