I weighed myself last Sunday and I am down another 3 lbs. which has now put me at a loss of 29 lbs. Technically, I'm 6 lbs. away from my goal, but I think I might aim for 130 lbs. I feel great and have been incorporating boxing and grappling into my workout. I work out about 6 days a week, and really miss it the 7th day...I know, I sound obsessive, but I feel so good after I get a good sweat on.
