I just can't seem to break the 150 mark - not that I have been great this past week. The last few days I have had some kind of tummy bug and anything I eat has pretty much gone right thur me.
March is just a day or two away and time is running out. My 25th HS reunion will soon be here and I NEED to lose 30 pounds at least by that time.
I have another reunion in August - 15 years out of grad school. I want to look fabulous.
WHY is it so hard to control our love of food??? I HATE the control it has over me.
