Back to where I was on Monday. 152.2. I have NO idea how that's possible. I'm going to guess the Ruby Tuesdays, but I didn't eat french fries or bread. Just the chicken. I guess that was bad enough :( I walked though. I guess it wasn't enough.

I know I can get down, I don't like the weight yo-yoing, that's all. I want to lose something and keep it off. I want to hit my goals and maintain. I think it comes down to the fact that I've been semi-consistent throughout this journey thus far, that I'm let down whenever I don't see the results I know I can produce.

So I mentioned this yesterday, but I'm going to mention it again. I think I am going to start going to Weight Watchers meetings. I don't know why, but I feel like I have to jump start this. I've done so well on my own, I'm scared to jinx it.

I think I'm finding it hard to lose right now, because TOM is on his way. I've mentioned before I'm not too regular on that front, and this is the time I should be getting it, and it just won't show up, despite all the telltale signs. I think my body is just hoarding things because it feels like being a pain in the butt.

Enough cranky from me. I'm walking and doing everything right, it will happen. My body is just on a different schedule than my mind.

Well I must have been half asleep reading your journal yesterday, because I missed anything mentioned about WW! Heres my 2 cents - I don't think you need help in the food department - you know what to eat and not to eat. If you want to spend money, JOIN A GYM! I put it in my journal yesterday (or the day before) that WoW is running a special - month to month VIP membership for $31 (with tax) and an $89 sign up fee. Its not the cheapest thing in the world, but I think it will take you much further than WW. If you need someone to go over healthy eating with, theres a wonderful person on this site that knows it all... ( ;

I can't join a gym! I just can't! I'll waste the money and never go. There is nothing that is convient to me. The closest WoW is in Menlo Park Mall. I don't want to go to the mall to work out! I guess, I mean it's not that bad, but ugh. I hate driving to that mall, it's so inconvient :(

To bad you don't have a Planet Fitness near you - they are only $10 a month! I was going to get that for Evan, but then I figured it would be dumb for us to go to different gyms.... Theres nothing else close to you??

Nope, nothing is close, without having to go onto a major highway that is a headache. I used to go to NYSC, but that was like 150 dollars to sign up and 65 a month for 2 years, contacted!

OMG - Thats insane! I'm pissed about paying $31 a month - especially when half of the elipticals don't work when I want to get on them - Grrrr. I sent them an email about it - they didn't really care.

I just happened onto your journal... if you can't afford a gym either time or money - you could try the pushup program. http://hundredpushups.com/ just an idea. :-D
