26 points for yesterday, so I dipped into my extra weekly allotment a bit, but that's what they're for, so no big deal, though it really does feel great on days when you don't dip into them at all. For exercise, I did my power flex class, unfortunately no elliptical. Started a new bible study last night, I think it is going to be so uplifting, what a great group of ladies! I just had such a great feeling all night afterwards. OK, I'm rambling as I tend to do!

You're doing great! Exercising and staying motivated! Woohooo! I like it when I stick within my normal points, too. But I know that the extra points are there as a safety net, which helps keep me sane! No worries! Keep up the great job!

Great job, keep it up. It is important to feed the spirit and the body doesn't feel like it has to be fed as much too. ;)

Awesome...glad my comeback is finding all my buddies doing so well...I'm sure you're studies will be a great motivator....when the spirit feels lighter...you'll feel lighter...
