Went walking again last night- seems to be working for me. Also my nephew who is trying to loose weight goes with me and it really helps him too. Makes us feel responsible for each other...keeps us going!!!

I have really been trying to be more active and eat healthier- although I did have some cheese pizza last night!!

Anyway- Happy Thursday
