Today was up and down for me

Up - getting on the scale after a focused week and seeing the lowest number I've seen in a while - I'm now less than 1.5 kgs from my goal of getting my BMI under 25 - I was so happy

Down - going for a body scan to be told that my body fat percentage is still way too high. I was hoping I'd be at the high end of normal with all the work I've done at the gym but I've got a long way to go to get even there.

As always I'll keep moving forward (from being overweight to having normal weight obesity I guess??? 😒)

I'll keep fighting - this battle is not won yet.

Thanks for the support, still feeling a bit down - I’d been using a scale at home that is supposed to measure body fat as well and it’s fat % percentage reading had put me at a healthy fat % so yesterday was a real shock - just means I need to keep focused!
