5.0 hrs sleep, 0.0 hrs CPAP, 2.5 fatigue, RNeck 5, Joints 1;
RNeck pain night and early AM, (from rm3 wrestle yesterday at MHM?--but not as bad as could have been, did not flare to 9..(increased muscle tone????). poor sleep, no cpap. Buat 0830 hrs, pain subsided significantly to 0-1.
