day 262..17 outside, 3 with the wind chill.. no walk today, and no gym workout either..takin the day off..i slept 10 hours last night, and just need a day off to rest..so todays the day..mom is home and have more stuff to do right now, until shes sure she can walk on her own again..today and tomow afternoon is therepy day for her and then thrusday is mri..so gonna be busier this week..mabye with all the movin around, il get a few more pounds off..lol..well keep that body movin..catch you all later..have a great day...
