So yesterday's working out and following healthy food choices must be paying off, coz this morning I woke up to find my weight restored to the earlier loss it had seen a few days ago...seems like there are marked fluctations--I need to strive towards consistency. Oh well! also got the TOMT, so can't really predict what's gonna happen over the next few days (but it does explain the bloating and the persistent wright-gain in the last few days---wasn't just the chinese food!)

Did do my workout this morning, but am generally feeling more tired and sleepy today (had to take a nap this afternoon!). Ate quite a variety, but am still under my points--am scrambling to think of what to eat for dinner that'll take care of using up all these points and also give me the protein-shot for the day! (late update: managed to add lots of proteins and milk-products to dinner). Today has been perfect meal-wise---colorful, herbalicious, balanced, and still leaving pts to spare!!!
One Side-effect: Drank 2.5 l of water, and still feel thirsty!! (Posted a query on the messg. board--hopefully someone will be able to explain if this is typical or a sign that I'm not doing soemthing right!?)

This week is gonna be short (or long, depending how you look at it), and have a lot of job-related stresses, and a trip out west for the latter part of the week. I'm gonna have to plan stuff right to be able to implement the diet/exercise regimen.

Food so far:
Breakfast: 1 whole wheat pita (1)+ roasted red peppers
reduced fat mayo (1)
vanilla coffee from the vending machine (1?)
Lunch: whole wheat pasta (3)
oil for cooking (1)
veggies in pasta: garlic, onion, mushrooms, pepper, artichoke, squash, zucchini ( 0 pts!!)

Salad: mixed greens, low-fat feta crumbles (1), croutons (1), tomato, mushrooms, zucchini/squash, pepper
Snacks: 1 rice cake (1)
walnuts half serving (3)

Dinner: sundried tom gardenburger (1)
beancurd stir fry: (6 pts incl. 2 for oil)
garlic, ginger, scallions, red pepper, mushroom, basil, sesame oil

dessert: vanilla yogurt w stawberry, papaya, celery & wheatberry (3)
