Last night I had a cheat meal, which consisted of a large angus steak sub from Quiznos, 2 cookies, and a cup of oats. It was my first cheat meal in a week, which is pretty good.

This morning I ran on the treadmill for 22.5 minutes at a constant incline of 3. Distance travelled: 1.95 miles Calories burned: 265
Nothing great, but it's acceptable. Later in the day, I'll work out my back, abs, and calves. I'm also going to get on the treadmill for 20-30 minutes again.
