I feel GREAT.. my jeans are getting looser.. I must be losing more inches.. slept like crap last night.. my alarm went off at the wrong time lol... was working out by 8am with the trainer.. dragged ass there.. felt GREAT after... I have been increasing my cals as he (and the doc) suggested.. I have SO MUCH MORE energy!!!!! Reducing stress from my saboteurs are the only things that I need to focus on.. I'm going to try to be more organized and try to incorporate yoga and meditation. glad I get to workout with my man on the weekends now too :) Maybe this has clicked.. by increasing cals... who woulda thunk!!!!
