Sometimes, I don't even know what to say. I had a gain this weekend, that I've all but worked off. That makes me feel good. I combatted the gain with a Low Day, because my entire weekend was a "Very High Day."

I think it might have been my sodium levels, holding everything in. So I drank a bunch of water, and then went to my hot yoga class. I have NEVER sweat like before. It was so humid everything was sweating. I think my WRISTS were sweating. But in the end, it was worth it. My gain over the weekend was 2.6lbs. I'm down 2.2 from the gain, so hopefully I won't have to work an entire week to get off my bad behaivour from this weekend.

This weekend is another problem though. I have a graduation party on Saturday night, and the girl who's party it is, her family likes to eat and drink. There is an open bar and top shelf liquor. I like to drink. LOL. I'm just going to have to watch my intake of EVERYTHING. Booze, food, cake, and everything. Maybe I'll just forego the cake. Maybe I'll get lucky and it'll be chocolate! And I have to make sure that I keep my exercise up. If I don't take a break this weekend, then I should be able to keep any sort of gain in check. My original goal was to be 158 for this party, now with enough hard work, I'm hoping to be closer to 150.

Well, that's it. I'm going to keep my exercise up, and if I get down on myself. You all have permission to yell at me!

that is great and I think that with your motivation you should be able to be closer to 150. I like the idea of the hot yoga thing I need to do something to build up a really good sweat.... congrats and keep up the good work.. :)

I say forget all the food at the party, and just go for the booze! (; JOKING!!! If its a buffet, find the salad, and eat that - hopefully the dressing will be on the side.... Last time I was at a party with a buffet, I went straight for the "healthy" salad - yeah, to bad it had bacon, dressing, and cheese all over it!!! LOL Anyway, your doing great, keep up the good work buddy! I can see us walking down the boardwalk at Pt. Pleasant or Sea Side looking H-O-T this summer!!!

Oh no! Seaside! You just got me really excited. It's so weird, I told you about Danny, and he's known me since I was 19, and whenever I go down there I always feel like when I'm walking away, he's saying to himself, "Damn! She's gained a lot of weight since I met her," this year, he can say, "Wow, she looks just like she did when I met her 7 years ago!"

I never thought about it, but I'm sure people thought the same thing about me too. The more years it was between seeing them, the bigger I got. Now I get the same reaction from people, but its the oposite - much better!
