The working out is beginning to feel easier, granted its still very early but sill, I push it further by about 5 mins each day. I still need to work on it to make sure I keep it up atleast 5 times a week. Now my diet...I need to find my inner strength. I do well for two days and then slip up, and then get back on and bam, slip up. I just have no control, and its really getting to me. Dont get me wrong, I've lost ten pounds, but those first 10-20 should fly off and then plateau...but I am eaching through these so does that mean my plateau will be huge? I just keep telling myself, I can do this. Eventually I will believe it...
