Had another workout at Curves last night. I was so car sick by the time I got there I didn't give it my all. I don't know what's wrong with me lately! If I didn't know better I would swear I was Preggers AGAIN! BUT I know better, so I will stop thinking that way! I have Kept my calorie count down these past few weeks. I really need to get a WW book so I can count my dang points. That was my goal when I started this mess a few weeks ago and now I am stuck on counting calories! I have to remember that something is so much better then nothing, right? Right!
I will weigh in again on Thursday and I hope that the scale is nice to me again this week! It said I dropped 2 pounds last week. I am striving for another 2 pounds. Hope everyone is feeling as hopeful as I am. Have a good day!

Write down what you eat on a 3x5 card and enter it into TheDailyPlate.com's MyPlate (tab name). I think that is the fastest method for simple calorie counting. It's a free site unless one wants special treatment. If you need to keep yourself up to the moment with how many calories you have consumed, just make an approximation by looking at the card. Do the data input when you have a terminal accessible. Good luck!

I checked out Thedailyplate.com yesterday. It did actually allow me to get an estimate on the nutrition info I was looking for last night. Thanks for your help, Info!
