Haven't been tracking my food - I needed a break! So pretty happy with this especially given I've been eating a lot of restaurant food over the last couple of weeks and haven't been able to exercise as much as I would've liked.
141.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.2 lb a week
