day 253..another day..no walk today with a wind chill..just to cold..have decided that starting tomow will go bck to the weight program..going to hit the gym first thing in the morning, an do my hour of weight training, then after i get done with that, do a morning walk, change my workout routine, see if mabye that shocks my body into wondering whats going on..and mabye get me bck onto track with droppin off the weight..ive been doing a mornin walk for several months now im in sure my body has gotten use to my schedule..im thinkin that a change will do me some good...hope everyone has a great sunday...

You're doing GREAT!! If something isn't adding up... take a look at everything you are eating.... you do so well with exercise that I'm sure that is fine. It must be something that your body isn't agreeing with. Maybe too much sodium or fats? You're chart is PERFECT!! Keep up the AWESOME WORK!! A pound a week is GREAT, but with as much working out as you do, I think you're right, it should pick up pace occasionally. Are you drinking plenty of water or tea?? We'll help ya figure it out! =D Still, a pound, is FOUR STICKS of BUTTAH!! =D lol

I think it is good to "shake it up" every now and then - you must remember that you may not be losing lbs. on the scale as rapidly as your want to ....but you are building lean muscle and becoming more toned and losing inches. I got my weight lifting and pilates in this AM - going to catch up on office work at home this afternoon and then squeeze in 30 minutes of elipitcal during the Grammy's tonight. You are doing fantastic my friend - I can just feel it....this is going to be a great week for you.

lol 4thehalibut...thats what you said last week..lol..i thik your crystal ball needs an adjustment..thanks everyone for the comments..i kno that the weight will come off when its ready..an i am loosin inches at the same time..and even though i only lost one pound..i did get the 4 that i gained from that dang lean cuisine that i ate on sunday..bck off before weigh in day..so guess i did better then i felt like when weigh in day came around...sometimes its hard to remember that your doing great even though the scales doesnt tell you that you are...

I think there was some snow floating around in my crystal ball that clouded my vision last week - but my crystal ball is very clear this week! And remember - "if you think you can or if you think you can't.....either way you are right!"

me thinks your crystal ball needs alittle more tweaking..so that all that snow floating around isnt foggin up the visions..lol..or mabye ..just mabye..your visions need tweaking...lol
