No exercise yet. I won't even defend myself. I need to make it happen. There are 100 excuses I could use to explain away the fact that I haven't even thought about exercising in the past 3 days. But I won't go there. The bottom line is I have to do it. I always knew that I require a list or agenda of some sort if I am going to get anything accomplished. That is what is lacking in my day to day right now. I'll be completing that today. Even though things are amazingly hectic right now - a plan - a direction is necessary. Took my FB this morning. Going up as soon as I finish this journal entry to get some water for the day. 40 oz at home and 40 oz during my work day is going to be my new goal. And I'm going to be limiting my coffee to one, max two cups a day. You don't even want to know how much coffee I drink in a day. Maybe if I limit my coffee that will force me to drink my water. Warmer weather is coming and I'm ready to come up out of these bulky clothes. I'm on it ya'll. I am becoming more and more focused every day.

I know how you feel, from my experience though, you need to have a specific time frame for exercising everyday whether its in the morning or evening but pick a specific time and make yourself workout during that time everyday. If you have the "I'm busy now, I'll do it in a little while" mentality then most likely you will never get it done. Good luck! You can do it!
