Jmiller1's Journal, 09 February 2008

I want to whine and cry, and then whine and cry some more. I hate adding up all the calories and all the fat. I read every dang label there is to read, not just once but twice and sometimes even three times. I record what I eat here and I record what I eat in my little Curves journal. I work out three times a week and drink only water!

It's just so hard to be so fat. I am well on my way to a skinny new me, and a brand new lifestyle. A lifestyle where I can eat what I want but control how much of it I actually put in my mouth! Won't that be great?

You've got to accept that this needs to be a way of life and you need to make it a habit to make it stick. It's supposed to take six weeks to make a habit, so it will be harder in the beginning. Just think of how great you'll feel when you start to see and feel the pounds dropping off! Good luck!! Leanne :)

You can do this! The begining for me has also been hard keeping track of all the numbers. I am finding myself begining to remember what is how many points. I love the little quick lists for 0 and 1 points I keep it posted on the fridge so when I am feeling like grabbing something I can make a better choice than in the past. And you got it - it is about eatng anything but watching the portions. Have a beautiful day!
