OK! I'm going to try this again. I typed a whole big long writeup, then I got this error message from fatsecret, and my whole writeup was deleted! Dammit! Oh well...
So, today I took my last HCG Shot, and tomorrow I start Phase III of my diet. Today I worked out very hard this morning, and when I got home, I had some extra little goodies (Tsp of tartar sauce with my fish, and a cup of whole milk). I needed the extra protein as I have a huge PSY test tonight (good excuse, huh?!... lol). Anyway, I'm hoping this next phase goes easy. I know it will be a little harder without the shots, but I'm keeping the faith. Wish me luck! :o)
