day 252..well gonna go for my morning walk in another hour..and then up to the gym for weigh in..yeap today is weigh in day for the challenge im in..i ate a lean cuisine last sunday and it shot my weight up to 327..so i spent the entire week gettin those pounds bck off and yesterday i was bck down to 323..so all my hard work this week was spent making up for my mistake..i was able to get in my size 46 pants alot easier this week, so i have lost inches, instead of making the scales go down..so im kinda anxious to get my walk in and head to the gym to see if i have a loss to report..these 3 pounds thats stoppin me from gettin to my next mini goal are really making me work hard to get them off..i havent messed with the weights like i was all week, thinking that more cardio would speed up my weight loss..and i would get these 3 pounds off so i can move onto my next mini goal....guess a set bck just builds your determination up that much more to get to that next mini goal..just some days seem harder then others...hope everyone has a great weigh in, and a great day..

Yep, as good as some of those pre-packaged *diet* dinners are...the sodium contents can wreak havoc with fluid retentions...but, you've learned now to watch the labels closer....GREAT job in getting it back down through this week....huggies!
