Day 6 Reinduction: Im still having tummy problems presumably associated with my supplements. I have no appetite since taking the green tea gel caps (with synephrine, caffeine 160 mg, chromium, and a few other active ingredients.) Ive never had a hard time stomaching pills..I do now! Here is my list, but Im either spreading em out during the day..or taking them every other day.
CLA 1000mg
Lcarnitine 400/ALA 200
Fish Oil 3/6 EFAs 1200mg
Green Tea Extract 750 mg
Chromium Picolinate 500mg
MVI...havent reintroduced this yet..
L-glutamine 500mg

I have had my binge today. I expected it and was prepared for it. I ate a tbsp of PB and an atkins bar. Now Im not hungry..almost nauseous. So my controlled binge worked better than I thought. I have cravings..mild in form..attributed to pms. I wish I had done this a few weeks ago..b/c Id be going on a full month of atkins. Oh well, live and learn. Ive gained a pound or two, but I expected it given my hormonal fluctuations. All this, and I am feeling very good about this eating plan.

Well, you did great with conquering that binge. At least you didn't go off the plan. You are doing awesome! Now you know it can be done. :)
