day 251..gettin ready for my monring walk..32 with wind chill 24..just right for a mornin walk..should of went ahead an walked yesterday morning..wasnt sleetin that bad..but figured id be wet by the time i got bck home..so went to the gym instead..but today..its dry out and im going to put some steps on my pedometer..ended up last night with 9608..the days i dont get my morning walk in, then its down from 13000 or so steps..id much rather get my walks in then be on the elliptical, bike, treadmill to burn off the calories..all the time..that morning walk, wakes me up the rest of the way..and gets me warmed up so when i do get in the gym, then im ready to get a great workout in..well its almost time for another weigh in...my next mini goal is gettin closer..dont really kno if i will get it off this weekend or next..but would like to hit it an move on..wish fs was set up so that each time you hit your mini goals, the line would turn a differnt color..so you could actually see each goal you hit..might be more motivation for other people on the site as well as yourslf..when you look bck and see the progress...for me im so proud of myslf for finally deciding to get my act together by changing my lifestyle for the better...i have along journey to go..and each day i get thru, makes me that much closer to my final goal of 170 or so...so i have along journey..but i kno that anything thats worth having is worth working for ..and thats why i have changed my eating habits and exercising like i do..i kno i can do this..ive already set my habits into a daily routine..and thats what makes it easier each day...

ADDON: got my walk in, only got 30 min on elliptical..wasnt in the moood to workout at the gym today..gonna do for afternoon walk after lunch..
