Was so busy forgot to record my weight yesterday, I also forgot to have breakfast so spent morning munching on fatty almonds and drinking white tea. Lo and behold I lost 1 kg overnight. I think though that is is mainly due to cutting my calories which means that my metabolism had slowly increased with my increase in food such that when I lessened the calories the body just went on burning fuel. Therefore from today I will increase my intake of almonds and make them my go to snack. Have an eye infection so slept at 8pm for the first time in a long time so maybe that is the cause of the weight-loss. Anyway looking for a doctor to look at my pink eye.
