Turkey Burgers

Adding the moistened bread crumbs make these burgers juicy and delicious.

Directions

  1. Spray a large pan with cooking spray and heat to medium-high.
  2. Combine bread crumbs, milk, and egg whites in a large bowl. Add turkey, steak seasoning, and pepper. Using hands, gently mix until blended.
  3. Divide mixture into 6 equal portions and shape into 1/2" thick patties.
  4. Place patties in pan. Cook 13-15 minutes or until done, flipping patties half way through cooking time.
  5. Remove from pan and let rest 5-8 minutes.
