Sweet Potato Chili

A low fat, full of vegetables chili.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Dice sweet potatoes, zucchini and onion.
  2. Place all ingredients into a large pot and stir.
  3. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for about 35 - 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
