Sweet Mango Pork

Sweet and spicy alternative to regular chops.

  1. Spray cooking spray like Pam on a large skillet, and then add tablespoon of olive oil. Preheat oven to 375 °F (180 °C).
  2. Season the pork cubes with salt and pepper (to taste) and sprinkle on the cumin. Brown the pork cubes until done.
  3. In another skillet sauté the rest of the ingredients for about 5 minutes stirring frequently.
  4. Next, transfer the veggies and fruits to the pan with the pork loins and stir until well mixed.
  5. Serve with some brown or natural wild rice and other vegetables.

I don't know why I have "Preheat oven to 375 °F (180 °C)", please disregard. ;D

I just used the ingredients for this recipe and adapted the amounts to suit my family. The method is way to confusing. 2 frying pans and oven.???? Maybe needs revising.
