Strawberry and Banana Soy Smoothie

A great smoothie to have in the morning, especially when you are on the go.

  1. If available use light chocolate soy milk (like 8th Continent brand).
  2. Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix.
  3. Once blended makes quite a large size smoothie.
  4. Note: smoothie also keeps well for a few days once blended.

sounds disgusting. I would never use soy milk on anything, AND I certainly wouldn't use chocolate with strawberries and banana.
