Stir Fried Cabbage

Tasty hot cabbage to accompany a meat or fish meal.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Fry onions in olive oil for 2 minutes.
  2. Add cabbage and fry for 3 minutes.
  3. Add teriyaki sauce.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste (and hot chili's if desired).
  5. Cover with lid and steam for 15-20 minutes.

I use low sodium chicken broth instead of teriyaki sauce and we LOVE it! Pair with country BBQ Chicken and you have a great meal!
