Steamed Quinoa with Mix Veggie, Shirataki & Egg white omelette

Just steaming quinoa and frozen mix veggie. Add mushroom or whatever veggie for more fiber.



  1. Cut shirataki and enoki into 3cm long. Put quinoa, frozen mix veggie, shirataki and enoki into a pot. Pour 1.5 cup of water, add soy sauce to your taste. Let it soak for 10min. Simmer on lower heat for 15min.
  2. Fry egg white in non stick flypan. For lesser calorie, do not use oil or very little oil.
