Steak Dianne

Great steak that's easy to prepare.

  1. Take the steaks and coat them with with salt and black pepper.
  2. In a skillet take the steaks and add 2 tbsp of the light butter and mix in the mustard and onions.
  3. Cook for ~4 minutes on each side and then remove and put aside, keeping warm.
  4. Add the lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, and remaining butter to the skillet and cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Chop the parsley and chives and pour over the steaks.

perfect for induction on atkins

As is, this is probably great for Atkins, but not the other diets that focus on leaner healthier cuts of meat. Light butter not really an option on Sonoma, and the rib eye cut is too fatty. I would try a leaner meat like a top sirloin steak.

Awesome! I like to eat low fat BUT i'm not Obsessive Compulsive about it. We all need fat to lose fat! Sugars are the real enemy! IMHO, anyhow mad props to you , very nice recipe!
