Spicy Carrot Dip

Simple to make and really healthy carrot dip.

Directions

  1. Roast carrots coated in olive oil and ground cumin until tender and caramelized.
  2. Puree in processor with harissa and Greek yogurt and serve with olives and crumbled feta.
