Sour Cream Cheesecake

Delicious creamy and wet cheesecake.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Soften cream cheese, add 1/2 cup sour cream (reserve rest for later) blend all other ingredients together.
  2. Bake in 325° F (160° C) oven for 50 minutes.
  3. Blend 1/2 cup sour cream with a tablespoon of granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. Top cheesecake with this mixture and put back in oven for 10 minutes.
  4. Cool on rack for 2-3 hours, refrigerate after the cooling off period.
