Smoky White Bean Chili

A slow cooker recipe that uses sausage instead of chicken, just for something different.

Directions

  1. Cut the sausage into 1/2" pieces. Spray a large nonstick skillet with Pam. Saute the sausage just until browned.
  2. Meanwhile drain and rinse all the beans.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker.
  4. Cover and cook on low setting for about 4 hours.
