Quick, easy and delicious shrimp quiche.
Ingredients
Directions
- Whisk eggs and cream together.
- Chop green peppers, slice squash and zucchini. Take tails off shrimp.
- Put the shrimp and peppers into the egg mixture.
- Arrange squash and zucchini on bottom of buttered pie dish (glass works best), pour egg and pepper mixture over it.
- Bake for 40 minutes at 325 °F (160 °C) or until firm and slightly browned around the edges.
