A lunchtime salad that is fresh and healthy.
Ingredients
Directions
- Assemble all ingredients in a bowl except for lettuce and mix.
- Marinate in refrigerator for 15 minutes or more.
- Serve on bed of chopped romaine lettuce.
- Note: dish is still very good served right away if you don’t have the time to marinate.
