A yummy low carb alternative to biscuits and gravy.

Directions

  1. Crumble and brown sausage.
  2. Add light and heavy cream, and pepper and stir well.
  3. Simmer (reduce) until thickened to your liking.
  4. Pour over scrambled eggs.

I made this for my whole family and they loved it.
This SOUNDS and LOOKS really good. but, it's mostly fat, and 1 serving would be HALF of my rdi. What would be the point. This isn't even almost a little bit healthy.

absolutely hit the spot! I did add some ground sage as that is my favorite in sausage gravy but other than that A+
