Santa Fe White Chili

Great alternative to beef chili using white beans.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cook chicken and onions together.
  2. Stir in broth, chiles, spices and boil.
  3. Reduce to low heat and simmer 15 minutes.
  4. Stir in beans, simmer uncovered 5 minutes.
  5. Top with cheese (if desired) and green onions; you may also serve on tortillas taco style.
