Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Healthy hummus that's so easy to make.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Drain and rinse chickpeas (2 cans).
  2. Place in food processor, start processing while drizzling a small amount of olive oil.
  3. Add roasted red peppers, garlic, lemon juice and any other seasonings you desire.
  4. Keep processing till smooth and will be slightly runny, but after chilling in fridge it will set up and flavors develop.
  5. Note: yummy with pita chips or vegetables.
